William G. Myers, M.D.

Ophthalmology

William G. Myers, M.D. has over 40 years of experience in general ophthalmology and surgery. He is an assistant professor of ophthalmology at Northwestern University and serves the ophthalmology community locally and globally.

 

Dr. Myers is the current president of EyeConnect International [ECI]. He proudly serves as a global ophthalmologist and trainer for: FOCUS, the Foundation for Ophthalmological Care from the United States, at Aravind in Madurai and Pondicherry in India and in Rwanda at RIIO.

 

Dr. Myers is a contributor and reviewer for the Journal of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the Journal of APAO.  

 

His research interests include: Ocular Antisepsis, IntraocularMedications TASS Ophthalmic Compounding, Ophthalmic Surgical Simulation, Ocular Allergy, Cataract Surgical Techniques, Jakob-Creutzfeldt Disease
