Do you provide exams for contact lenses?
Dr. Goldberg has extensive training in contact lens options and fittings. Patients specifically seeking an exam for contact lenses will be schedule with Dr. Goldberg.
How long will my appointment last?
Appointments in an ophthalmology clinic can vary widely based on each patient’s individual needs. Patient’s that need to have a comprehensive exam including dilation of the eyes can expect a longer visit. While a visit can be as short as 15 minutes, it is possible for an appointment to be 2 hours long.
How long is recovery from cataract surgery?
Every eye requires a month of full healing time. The majority of visual improvement is noted in the first week after surgery. One day one, we expect vision to be cloudy/blurry. This is a normal consequence of surgery and does not indicate the ultimate outcome of your surgery.
Can you help with back to school eye exams for my kids?
Yes. We see kids ages 5 and up.
What insurance do you accept?

Can I use my glasses Rx anywhere or do I have to use it at your optical shop?
You are more than welcome to take your prescription where you desire. We do have our own Optical shop with VERY experienced Opticians.
